What the score tells you.
Your level
Foundational, Advanced or Optimized. You are in the lowest level that still has a red box.
Your biggest bottleneck
The one box holding the rest back. Not a list of twelve things.
Your first fix
A playbook with the smallest change that reliably moves that number.
Most people don't lose their health in one moment. They lose it in ten thousand small ones.
- The late night that became a habit.
- The walk that kept getting skipped.
- The test you kept meaning to book.

How it works
Three moments. Five minutes a day.

Morning
Set the day
Three things you're grateful for, three that would make today great, someone you'll reach out to, then a journal on the bottom half of the page.

Evening
Score it /10
Ten boxes: three non-negotiables, seven chosen for your level. Tick them, circle the score out of 10. Three wins, what would have made it a 10, and an evening journal.

Sunday
Find your bottleneck
Add up the week's scores, tick the habit grid, and the row with the lowest total is next week's bottleneck. One row, not three.
Five minutes, twice a day
Morning before the phone. Evening before bed.
Inside the journal
Take an inside look.
Swipe through the pages you will write on every day.
Ten boxes. One number. No guessing.
Three non-negotiables
- Sleep
- Exercise
- Nutrition
Seven chosen for your level
- The fix for your level bottleneck
- This week's bottleneck
- Five from your level's list
Chosen for your level on page 18. You write them in.
What makes it different
Not a gratitude journal. Not a planner.

Why I made this
I built this because I couldn't find it.
Placeholder text. I read the longevity research for years and almost none of it changed what I did on a Tuesday. The gap was never information. It was a daily record honest enough to show me the pattern. So I made the page I wanted: ten boxes, one score. Ninety days later I had something no app had given me — a written account of what I really did.

Early reader notes
No star ratings until there are real ones.
“Placeholder note. The score is the part that stuck. I could argue with a single bad day, not with a line going down for three weeks.”
“Placeholder note. I had the blood results already. What I did not have was any record of what I actually did between the two panels.”
“Placeholder note. Two minutes in the morning, two at night. It is the first paper thing I have kept up past a fortnight.”
